Julie A. Goerlinger

Julie A. Goerlinger is a trial attorney with fourteen years of experience prosecuting and defending matters involving business disputes, real estate disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, employment disputes and personal injury claims.

That experience includes numerous jury and court trials, as both lead counsel and second chair. Ms. Goerlinger represents individuals and business entities — plaintiffs and defendants alike — in the California superior courts and the United States District Courts.

Before admission to the Bar, Ms. Goerlinger worked as a litigation paralegal responsible for all aspects of litigation: drafting complaints and responsive pleadings, propounding and responding to written discovery, researching and preparing complex analysis memoranda, preparing witnesses and experts for deposition and trial, drafting and opposing motions for summary judgment, and overseeing large-scale document production and review.

Ms. Goerlinger has practiced through Goerlinger Law APC since 2012, and previously practiced with Balmages Law Office and Balmages & Davidson in Tustin, representing individual and corporate clients in business, employment, commercial and insurance matters in state and federal court, and assisting the managing attorney in his work as a discovery referee appointed by the Orange County Superior Court.
